The problem

Most teams adopting AI and blockchain hit the same wall: their engineers know the concepts but can't ship the systems. Generic online courses teach toy examples that fall apart in production, and they're taught by instructors who've never had to keep an agent alive at 3am or defend a smart contract against a live exploit. The gap between "completed a course" and "shipped something that survives real load" is enormous — and it's exactly where most upskilling investment is wasted. For organizations, the cost shows up as stalled AI initiatives, prototypes that never reach production, and engineers who can talk about agents but can't build governable, cost-controlled, reliable ones.

Key challenges

Training that actually transfers to production is hard. It can't be passive video and a quiz — it has to put engineers in front of real problems, with real tooling, building something that works. It has to be taught by people who've shipped, so the war stories and failure modes are real, not theoretical. And it has to meet teams where they are: executives who need to understand what's possible, senior engineers who need hands-on depth, and organizations that need a curriculum tuned to their own stack and constraints.

What we built

AR Academy delivers practitioner-led AI and Blockchain training across three formats — an executive workshop for leaders, a project-based cohort bootcamp for engineers, and custom corporate programs run in a team's own environment. Every track is built and taught by AR Data engineers who ship client systems, so what's taught is what actually works in production: agentic workflows, RAG, evaluation and cost control, smart contracts, and decentralized infrastructure. The bootcamp is capstone-driven — engineers leave with a working build, not just notes. Corporate programs are tailored to the client's stack, and completion is recognized with AR-Academy certification.
